FUAL provides a focused, customised service and makes a point of meeting most of its clients at the commencement of each assignment in order to ascertain their precise requirements. Meetings with clients are arranged throughout the year, covering the whole of the UK. FUAL has an extensive database of clients and prospective clients. This information is updated regularly through meetings and contacts. This places FUAL in a pre-eminent position to match its clients' requirements with interested parties nationally.

FUAL acts on a totally discreet basis which ensures our clients' confidentiality. We identify suitable prospective vendors/purchasers and merger partners, whom we select specifically for each assignment, from the database, personal contacts, knowledge of the market, and from targeted advertising. FUAL has a strong track record in fulfillment and the subsequent success of mergers and acquisitions in which it has been involved.

FUAL has the experience and expertise to widely market and find innovative solutions to clients' aspirations whether they be sales, mergers or acquisitions.

Apart from this process of selecting and introducing prospective vendors/purchasers and merger partners, FUAL assists clients with the structuring of the proposed deal and in advising them throughout the negotiations up to the date of completion.

FUAL also offers consultancy services specialising in formulating solutions to partnership strategy, development, succession and retirement problems. Consultancy also includes mediation services for practices who wish to use FUAL experience with their mergers and acquisitions.

Succession Solutions

We have developed a number of alternative solutions for practices of between £600K and £10M of fees. Our approach has some unique features and if you are interested in discussing succession issues either for the immediate future or in terms of a 5-year horizon we would be very happy to meet with you.

For practices and sole practitioners with fees below £600K, we have a number of structured solutions to assist you in realising goodwill and addressing succession plans for an in-house MBO. We also have profiles of potential partners seeking to join small practices.

Umbrella Exits

We have developed an interesting concept for practitioners who wish to sell within the next 2-5 years. The product as a premise provides enhanced profits over the remaining period of ownership and a guaranteed exit at a date of sale within the 5-year period. We are always happy to meet with parties who would consider this client exit arrangement.
