Having been watching the Singapore accounting sector from the sidelines for the last few years, we at Foulger Underwood, now see this as an opportune time to set up in Singapore and assist practitioners in developing their future strategy.

While the Singapore accounting sector is smaller than that of our home market in the UK, it has many of the same features and market pressures effecting practitioners. Increasing level of compliance, staff retention, succession planning and training are some of the main common concerns in both the UK and Singapore market places.

We have been working with practitioners in the UK and Europe, assisting them in developing their practices. Through strategic practice development we have been able to drive up the profitability of practices by putting in place fundamental business models and processes which smaller practices have not had the time or resource to develop themselves. This consultancy coupled with our training programmes for partner and senior management, has helped many practitioners to form a solid base from which to grow and develop their practices; constantly being alert to changing client requirements, and having the ability to adapt to meet client and market needs.

We feel that accounting businesses in Singapore and the SE Asia area could benefit from our services.  Our focus in Singapore is to assist practices to address the CDAS recommendations by offering a range of consulting, training and M&A broking services.

If you feel you could benefit from any of our services, or would like to have a no obligation, confidential discussion, we would be pleased to hear from you.
